Q: What kind of preparation is necessary before sending my
collection to Regency?
A: No need to do anything except be sure to pack your material so it is water-tight
(wrapped in a plastic bag) inside your shipping box. If it's already described
and/or cataloged - great. Please feel free to include your notes along with the
material. If
not, no problem. Our professional lotters will identify and evaluate your
collection with care.
If you live in the vicinity of our two locations, you are more than welcome to drop them off during our business hours. Please note that we will travel to you for substantial collections. Please call ahead to make arrangements.
Q. How should I send the items to you?
A: After securely packing your material, please send it to us by any shipping
company you prefer, such as:
* U.S. Postal Service
* FedEx
* DHL
* UPS (United Parcel Service)
You will need to purchase your own insurance when sending your material to us.
Once your material is in our possession, it is fully covered by
Regency-Superior's insurance policy. When you send your material, please request
a 'return signature' receipt to insure that we have received your items.

with our determination, you may speak directly to our describers. We lot your material in
a fashion that we feel will realize the highest possible price for you.
We scan or photograph all single items for reproduction in our full color catalog and our website. You will receive the catalog along with your auction lot listings so you may easily identify your material in the catalog.
In the front of each auction catalog is information regarding the location of the Public Auction. We welcome you to attend the auction in person. Immediately after the auction, you will be notified of the results of the auction.
